wellness4one makes it easy to add, remove and edit employee information with our administration features.
The admin page provides quick access to all employees who have entered your wellness program and provides an effective
tool for inviting others. Ensuring that your employees have access to wellness4one features could not be simpler.
With the User Invitation wizard, an admin can create a link they can use in their emails or newsletters which, when clicked, will allow others to join their group.
The admin may also send email invitations directly to people they would like to join the group from the wellness4one system. They may also add members directly
either one at a time or using the bulk upload process.
Designated employees can be given special privileges such as Admin, Admin Reporting, Personal trainer or Nutritionist Access.

The enterprise admin system provides administrators with the ability to invite employees to join through the invitation wizard.
With this tool, the wellness program administrator simply chooses to send invitations via email or generate a link that can be
used in their own newsletters, websites or emails. Clicking on the hyperlink takes the employee to a member registration page
where they have the opportunity to join your group.
When a wellness coordinator registers their organization with wellness4one.com, the user they designate will be provided with
administrator access to the system from which they can add others, create challenges, monitor usage and many other activities
on behalf of their company. For various reasons, a wellness group may need to have more than one admin. With wellness4one, this
is as simple as selecting the desired member from the Group Members section of the Admin tab and then setting their admin switch.
This function also allows administrators to remove members from their group if desired.
Member Usage Reporting
In order to determine program effectiveness, the wellness coordinator can run a Member Usage Report. This report will show the
administrator the activity hours and calories logged for employees either my month or week.
