wellness4one Enterprise: Wellness Groups
Organize your wellness program any way you wish.
Groups are a way for administrators to organize members. Through groups, admins invite members to the organization and manage accounts once members join.
A group that is established as a Training Group allows the admin to assign trainers and nutritionists who can view and modify various workout and calorie logs
as well as checkups and evaluations.
Creating multiple groups for your organization is usually only necessary when it is very large, decentralized and you would like to have multiple admins.
However, you can create intricate group hierarchies where members who join a subgroup also join all of its parent groups by default.
For your convenience and record keeping, when a member or employee is removed from a group, the system will continue to display them on reports for the time period in which they were active.

Wellness Groups |
When an admin signs up their organization or corporation up for wellness4one, a default group is created for them with the same name as the organization itself.
This is fine for an admin who wants to keep all employees in a simple structure; however, an admin may also wish to create additional groups with different access
or features.

|
Wellness Subgroups |
Creating subgroups allows an admin to subdivide their main group into smaller groups by department, location, shift, etc. By creating subgroups, an employee can be
added to the subgroup but will be also be included in the parent group(s). In that way, the admin may run reports on just the subgroup or on everyone in the parent group.

|
Training Groups |
When the admin designates a group as a Training Group, they are then able to assign personal trainers and dietitians to the group. These privileged accounts then
have access to client reports, workout logs and routines or calorie logs and meal plans.

Require Screening Approval |
There may be cases when you with to manually approve any member who checks on a high-risk answer on the initial member screening page. When a wellness program administrator
turns on the Require Screening Approval option, they will receive a notification whenever a member designates themselves as high-risk and they will then need to manually
approve the member before they can use the website.
