wellness4one Enterprise: Custom Evaluations & Protocols
Create health evaluations for your employees and group them into testing protocols.
By default, the wellness4one system allows the wellness program administrator to track detailed biometric and fitness data such as: height, weight, BMI,
VO2 Max, etc.; however, it can also be expanded to track and report on any data desired. The Custom Evaluation Wizard will step a wellness administrator
through the process of creating a custom evaluation for their group. This function will allow admins to create a new evaluation which will be available on the
group member Evaluation page or can be grouped together into a protocol.
The Testing Protocol Builder allows the admin to arrange and organize system-defined and custom evaluations in order to create a standardized protocol of tests.
When a protocol is selected by a user or trainer on the evaluation screen, it steps the user through all the included tests and provides any additional testing
instruction you require.
YouTube videos may be added to the tests in order to provide testers with more precise instruction.

Testing Protocol |
Testing protocols are available to group various pre-defined and custom health evaluations into a series of steps. In this way, the admin can specify the condition s
under which each step should take place such as: after performing a walking test, wait 5 minutes before measuring blood pressure.

Individual and Group Reporting |
All evaluations are aggregated into a group summary report which you can do at the group or subgroup level. If the group was created as a training group,
individual reports are also available. These reports show how the group or individual performed against established norms.
