wellness4one Personal provides free advanced fitness and nutrition tools to anyone interested in improving their health and conditioning. These tools start with a biometric checkup, cardio and strength evaluation. A goal setting tool is then used to create realistic time based goals for weight loss, inches lost, strength building, etc. The Workout Wizard will build a customized fitness routine based on your current conditioning, goals, restrictions and resources. The Workout Log is used to record daily fitness routines and can be accessed from nearly any Internet-enabled cell phone or mobile device. This flexibility allows you to log workouts in the gym or at the pool or track. Nutrition logging allows for either very detailed meal portion recording or estimating using the USDA Food MyPlate system. Like the Workout Log, the Nutrition Log and Nutrition Log Express can be accessed on your mobile phone to record your diet at work or from a restaurant. Family and friends can be brought in using the Training Partners feature and by creating a Family Fitness Challenge. Best of all, the system can be used absolutely free of charge.

Individualized fitness programs Fitness programs are developed from the initial health screening, fitness evaluation, available equipment, schedule and goals of the user. The Workout Wizard then generates a personalized fitness program just for you.
Advanced workout logging and tracking The fitness menu options allow you to create a workout routine by hand or using an automated system. Then, simply log your workouts online with a browser, iPhone, Facebook or mobile phone. An express option makes the precess even easier for beginners.
Detailed calorie and nutrition logging Calorie Logging provides trainers and clients with quick and easy logging and tracking of their daily caloric intake. The Calories report compares calories consumed to calories burned to determine daily progress. The Express Calorie Log eliminates the need to select individual food items by allowing users to log servings for just the five food groups.
Wellness Reporting wellness4one Reporting tools provide guidance to personal trainers and dietitians and motivation to clients by showing progress and pointing out training plateaus. Individuals participating in corporate fitness challenges can also use reporting to provide real-time challenge standing for themselves or their fitness challenge team.
Training Partners Health and fitness meats social networking. For added motivation, wellness4one allows users to invite friends, family or coworkers to become training partners. They can then access each other's workout and nutrition information and routines, send messages, and invite one another to a weight loss or fitness challenge.
Mobile interface wellness4one Mobile provides workout and calorie logging from any wap enabled phone, smartphone or iPhone.
