or your workout routine, wellness4one Personal takes a holistic approach by combining
the two so that you can quickly and easily see the reward for your hard work. With
our system, you no longer need to make guesses about how you are doing. Our system
will tell you with industry standard evaluations and programs. Will wellness4one
replace a personal trainer? No, and it is not designed to replace trainers. However,
if you do not have the desire or resources to hire a trainer, wellness4one Personal
can be used to help you get in and stay in shape. There is no risk involved with
wellness4one. It is a free service available to anyone who would like to improve
or retain their physical condition.

By performing a simple checkup and stating your average physical activity we can
determine the approximate number of calories you need to consume to maintain your
current weight. Log your meals using the easy Calorie Log or
Calorie Log Express and we can show you the number of calories consumed. Log your workout into the Workout
Log and we can now show you the extra calories burned. Add all of these elements
together and we can reveal your caloric balance and the weight gained / lost for a given day. |

Feedback |
Studies report again and again how feedback from your support system contributes to your
fitness goal success. wellness4one Personal provides several tools and techniques
to foster positive feedback. The reporting system allows you to view progress and
note when changes are necessary. The
Training Partner system allows you to invite friends and family to encourage one another. In addition, the Fitness Challenge lets
you challenge a partner to a weight loss, size loss or training time competition.
Finally, if you desire, your own Personal Training page allows you to share your
fitness experience and progress with everyone. |
