wellness4one is pleased to provide our members with the finest online workout tracking tools available. Better still, all of our workout tracking features are provided
free of charge. Members can use the automated workout wizard or workout editor to design a fitness program or easily jump right in and start logging cardio, strength
building or stretching exercises. If you want an exercise that is not in our database, it is a simple matter to add the new exercise. Detailed workout reports are available
on the reporting tab.
With wellness4one Mobile or our iPhone App, you can bring your workout logs to the gym with you and use them as a baseline as you log your new workout remotely.
Personal trainers can use the workout log to review client fitness progress or to enter the client's new workout. The Express log is also handy for wellness program administrators who would like to
create a fitness challenge but do not want to go through the hassle of requiring detailed workout logging from employees.

Workout Log |
All fitness reporting centers around the workout log. To make it quick and
easy to enter new workouts, the wellness4one Workout Log allows you to copy prior
workouts, add and remove exercises and quickly edit sets, reps and weight or distance,
duration and pulse. |

Workout Routines |
Creating a workout routine can make your fitness program more effective by ensuring that all major muscle groups are covered and that cardio, strength
training and flexibility are all covered. You may either create a fitness routine using the automated workout wizard or by using the workout editor.
A new option also lets user browse and select previously created workouts from other users and trainers.

While the detailed workout log is an excellent system to help get you in the best shape of your life, it may be a little intimidating for health and fitness novices.
To help bridge the gap, The Express Workout Log is designed to simply record the number of minutes spent performing cardio, strength training or flexibility exercises.
These times are then added together and are available on a number of fitness reports. |

We provide a wide variety of standard exercises and video clips to demonstrate the
actions; however, we can't possibly have every activity that our users want to add
to their workouts. The solution is to provide an easy-to-use tool for entering
your own exercises. |

A computer terminal is certainly not the most efficient place to log workouts; therefore,
we created wellness4one Mobile. With this tool, you can log workouts while
in the gym or at the track. This website is WAP compatible and works with most mobile
