wellness4one Personal: Training Partners
Social networking meets health and fitness.
Studies have shown that people who train in groups tend to work out harder and stay with their fitness programs longer. Training partners can share fitness
routines and meal plans, challenge one another to a fitness contest and exchange messages.
If you are using wellness4one through the Facebook interface, you may invite others to become your training partners from your friends list.
Anyone who accepts your invitation to become a training partner has limited access to your meal plans, fitness routines and can exchange messages; however, they
not automatically be included in any of the groups you belong to.
