Purpose

The purpose of the Add or remove training partner dialog is to edit your training partner list. This dialog box is used to invite others to become your training partners. When they accept your invitation, you are able to view each other's workout and diet reports as well as challenge each other to health and fitness challenges. You may also use this dialog to opt out of a training partnership.

Features

With the Training Partner Admin page, you can invite others to become your training partners. A message box allows you to send a personalized email and a recipient box allows you to send the invitation to multiple people at once.

You may also use the opt-out feature to remove a training partnership at any time.

How To

1. After logging into the system, click Invite New Training Partners on the Home tab.
2. At the Training Partner drop down box, click Invite New Partner for new invitations.
3. You may enter your own text in the Message box or leave the text as is.
4. Type in the email addresses of those you wish to invite in the Enter Email Addresses Below text box. Multiple addresses should be separated by a semicolon.
5. Once you are finished adding email recipients and editing the message, click the Send Invitations button.
6. If you wish to remove a training partnership, select the name of the partner you wish to remove from the Training Partner drop down box and then click the Opt-Out button.
7. Click Done to exit the dialog box.
