Once you set up your own free account, simply click the Training Partner Admin link
and select Invite New Partner. Provide a message and your friends' email addresses
and click Send Invitations. Once they accept the invitations, you will be able to
view and copy each other's fitness routines and meal plans, exchange messages,
view workouts and meals and, best of all, challenge one another to a fitness challenge.

Calorie Logging provides trainers and clients with quick and easy logging and tracking
of their daily caloric intake. The Calories report compares calories
consumed to calories burned to determine daily progress. The Express Calorie Log eliminates
the need to select individual food items by allowing
users to log servings for just the five food groups. |
