The wellness4one Mobile Workout Log provides a quick and simple way to log workouts at the gym or track.
NOTE: before using the Mobile Workout Log, you should create a list of exercises you with to use by logging on to http://www.wellness4one.com and then selecting My Exercises under the Fitness menu.
With the Workout Log, you can create a new workout from scratch, edit a previous workout or copy a previous workout and use it as a template for your next workout.
To use the Workout Log, log on and then select Workout Main Menu. Choose if you want to add, edit or copy a workout and then select the date of the new workout. You may then add exercises and sets and then modify the reps and weight or distance, duration and pulse. Reps are integers, weight and distance can be decimals and duration (time) are in a time format h:mm:ss where h = hours, mm = minutes and ss = seconds. Entering your pulse is optional when entering in aerobic data. When you are finished, click Save & Close.
