wellness4one Trainer wraps the state-of-the-art personal fitness tools with advanced client administration tools for personal trainers, coaches and other fitness professionals. Simply sign up for a free Trainer membership, select User Admin from the Admin menu, and then invite your clients to join via email. Once your clients accept, you get access to add custom goals and exercises, develop their workout routines, access workout and calorie logs, generate detailed progress reports and enter periodic checkups.

Health screening and fitness evaluation Before program design, all clients must complete a health screening which will help determine whether further physician clearance is required. The aerobic and anaerobic fitness evaluation tools set a workout starting point and establish benchmarks to measure progress.
Goal setting The cornerstone of any fitness program revolves around effective goal setting.  wellness4one employs user feedback and safe recommendations to develop effective member goals.
Individualized fitness programs Fitness programs are developed from the initial health screening, fitness evaluation, available equipment, schedule and goals of the user. The Workout Wizard then generates a personalized fitness program just for you.
Program design and workout logging The Workout Editor allows the trainer to design a customized fitness program for each client. The client can then use the fitness routine as a guide when filling out their workout log whether the trainer is present or not. An exercise list allows trainers to use standard exercises or enter new ones.
Convenient calorie logging Calorie Logging provides trainers and clients with quick and easy logging and tracking of their daily caloric intake.  The Calories Burned report compares calories consumed to calories burned to determine daily progress.
Simplified calorie logging Calorie Log Express eliminates the need to select individual food items by allowing users to log servings for just the five food groups.
Reporting wellness4one Reporting tools provide guidance to trainers and motivation to clients by showing progress and pointing out training plateaus.
Email access between fitness trainers and clients Email access allows personal trainers and clients to contact one another from within wellness4one.
Mobile interface wellness4one Mobile provides workout and calorie logging from any wap enabled phone, smartphone or iPhone. Trainers and coaches can use this feature to log client workouts at the track or gym.
