Purpose

The purpose of the Anaerobic Endurance Fitness Evaluation dialog is to systematically determine a user's muscular endurance on a specific date.

Data recorded on the Anaerobic Endurance Fitness Evaluation dialog is used throughout the system to adjust workouts, measure progress and provide feedback. It is recommended that users perform at least quarterly anaerobic endurance evaluations.

Features

The Anaerobic Endurance Fitness Evaluation page utilizes the Anaerobic Endurance Fitness Evaluation Wizard to determine the current muscular endurance of a user. Videos are available to help the user perform the test correctly and provide a more accurate standardized evaluation.

How To

1. After logging into the system, select Anaerobic Endurance from the Evaluation tab.
2. Select New from the Evaluation Date drop-down box.
3. Click Next on the Anaerobic Endurance Evaluation Wizard title screen.
4. Follow directions for performing exercises and enter the results into the provided sit up and push up textboxes. When you are finished, click Next.
5. On the calendar provided, click the date when the evaluation was performed and then click Finish.
