Purpose
The purpose of the Bulk Evaluation Upload dialog is to allow wellness system administrators to perform a mass upload of their client's evaluation data.
Features
The Bulk Evaluation Upload dialog allows the administrator to upload a comma separated value (.csv) file. Using Excel (or any other spreadsheet) the administrator collects the client data and then saves it as a csv file. Then, they upload the file into wellness4one and it is scanned for errors. After it is verified, the data is saved as evaluations.
How To
1. After logging into the system, click Bulk Upload Height & Weight on the Evaluation tab.
2. Click the Browse button to select the .csv file of client data to upload. You can download a sample csv file by clicking on the sample height / weight csv upload file link.
3. Click Upload & Verify to upload the selected file to wellness4one and check it for errors. Correct any errors found and then resubmit.
4. Once the file have been uploaded and verfied, a table will be displayed. Review the information shown.
5. Click Save to submit the client information to the evaluation system.
