Purpose

The purpose of the Express Workout Log Wizard is to choose the date and method of entry for a user's daily express workout log.

Features

The Express Workout Log Wizard will display whenever a user clicks on the Express Workout Log tab or cancels / deletes their current log entry. With this wizard, the user has the option to create a new workout log entry from scratch or edit / view an old workout log entry.

Trainers have the option to enter workout log entries into a client account.

NOTE: If you click the Cancel button at any time, the express workout log will be opened in edit mode for the current day.

How To

1. After logging into the system, click the Workout Log tab.
2. Choose the appropriate log entry method. The options are as follows:
  • Create a new express workout log entry?
  • Edit a prior express workout log entry?
  • View a prior express workout log entry?

    When you are finished with this step, click Next.

    3. From the calendar, select a day for the new workout log entry or select the date of a prior workout entry. Click Finish when you are ready.
