Purpose

The purpose of the Group Wellness Webpage dialog is to edit details presented on a group's page.

The option to include a group page can be changed at any time from the Admin tab. This page provides the group with a personalized landing site.

With the Group Wellness Webpage dialog, an admin can edit their group's personal landing page.

This dalog provides functionality to include a group logo, description, include statistics and members, create a schedule and enter news events.

How To

1. After logging into the system, click the Admin tab.
2. Select the group whose webpage you wish to edit from the Group Name drop down box and click the Group Webpage button.
3. To add a group logo, click the Browse button and navigate to the desired image file and click Open. Once the file is selected, click Upload.
4. Enter the purpose of the group in the Group Purpose / Description textbox.
5. Select the Yes option on Show Statistics? to display progress of group members as a total. Select the Yes option on Show Members? to display all members of the group.
6. Click the Edit Schedule button to enter schedule details for the group such as the time the group meets and how often.
7. Click the Edit News button to enter group news and events details.
8. Click the Save button to save information to the database and click Done to exit the dialog.
