Purpose
The purpose of the Invitation Wizard is to step wellness administrators through the member invitation process. This function will allow admins to invite new member to join groups or fitness challenges.
Features
The Invitation Wizard page allows the administrator to send email invitations to potential group or challenge participants or to simply generate a hyperlink that can be used in newsletters or webpages that, when clicked, will allow new members to join.
How To
1. After logging into the system, click Add Participants on the Home tab or Admin tab for challenge invitations or Send New Member Invitations on the Admin tab for new group members.
2. Click the Next button on the Introduction step.
3. For Fitness Challenge invitations, you may select either to generate a link for users to click that will take them to a challenge invitation screen or send an email invitation to current or potential partners or group members. Click the Next button when finished.
4. Select the fitness challenge or group you wish to invite users into. Click the Next button when finished.
5. If you generated a link, copy the bolded text and use this in your invitation. If you chose to sent emails to potential members, enter the emails in the box provided. If you chose to send emails to current partners or members select their names from the list box provided.
6. Click Finish to complete the wizard.
