Purpose
The purpose of the Member Profile tab is to edit user specific settings, change password or add a personal webpage.
Features
The Member Profile page allows you to change many of the settings from the member registration page including changing your password.
The user may also create a personal webpage by clicking the
My Webpage button.
How To
1. After logging into the system, select
Member Profile from the
Profile menu.
2. This page allows a user to change many of the settings entered during the registration process such as name, email address, gender, preferred unit of measure, date of birth, and activity level. Once you have completed your changes click the
Save button.
Note:
Activity Level is used to help determine the number of calories you typically burn in a day. If you will be using the wellness4one Workout Log to record most of your daily physical activity, select Sedentary or Light Activity; otherwise, select the most appropriate activity level. Most people overestimate their
Activity Level by as much as 50% so, when in doubt, select a lower level.
3. Click the
Change Password link to edit the user password. Simply type in the old password, the new password and then re-enter the new password. Once you are finished, click Save.
4. Click the
My Webpage button in order to quickly build a personal fitness and nutrition webpage which is available to your Training Partners or open to the Internet.
