Purpose

The purpose of wellness4one Mobile Calorie Log is to record meals when you are in a restaurant or away from your PC.

Features

The Calorie Log is used to log meals and individual food items.

NOTE: You should log into www.wellness4one.com and create a list of food items on the My Menu page under the Nutrition menu before using the wellness4one Mobile Calorie Log.

How To

1. After logging into the system, select Nutrition Main Menu and then click Calorie Log Standard.
2. Select the date you are logging meals for.
3. Click either Add Food to add an item from your menu or Add One-Time Food to enter calories from a food not in your menu.
4. If you click the Add Food button you will need to select appropriate food group and then click the actual food item to log.
5. Click on food item to change the serving size and click Done when finished. The default serving size is 1.
6. If you click the Add One-Time Food button, enter the number of calories, optional food name and number of servings. Click Done when finished.
NOTE: Calories must be integers, servings may be a decimal.
7. When you are finished with your workout, click the Save & Close button.
