Purpose
The purpose of the Protocol Evaluation page is to record data from multiple evaluations that have been grouped together to form a protocol. A protocol may be required for group members on a periodic basis or simply available to members to use at their discretion.
Data recorded on the Protocol Evaluation page is used in individual and group reporting.
Features
Once a group admin creates a protocol using the Protocol Builder, it is available to all group members. A protocol may include any standard evaluation and any custom evaluations created by the group admin.
How To
1. After logging into the system, click the Evaluation tab.
2. Select the desired protocol from the Protocol drop-down box.
3. Select New from the Protocol Evaluation Date drop-down box.
4. Click Next on the Protocol Evaluation Wizard title screen.
5. Read the directions and record your results in the provided text box. When you are ready, click Next.
6. Repeat step 4 until all evaluations are complete.
7. On the calendar provided, click the date when the protocol was performed and then click Finish.
