Purpose

The purpose of the Detailed Workout Log tab is to record a user's daily workouts.

Data recorded on the Detailed Workout Log tab is used as a benchmark and template for succeeding workouts and as a feedback mechanism on the Reporting page.

NOTE: To add additional exercises not commonly available, use the Add Exercise dialog.

NOTE: To have the system create a customized workout routine for you, use the Workout Wizard tab.

NOTE: To create a workout routine by hand, use the Workout Editor tab.

Features

The Detailed Workout Log tab and New Workout Log Entry popup are used to enter your daily workouts so that they can be recorded, reported on, and analyzed.

The Detailed Workout Log splits exercises into three categories: Strength Training, Cardio Training and Stretching. Exercises can be added one at a time using the Add Exercise button or en-masse using a pre-defined workout routine.

How To

1. After logging into the system, click the Workout Log tab.
2. Choose the appropriate log entry method using the New Workout Log Entry popup.
3. Click the Add Exercise button for any grid (Strength, Cardio or Stretching) that you want to add exercises into.
4. Either select an exercise from all of the available exercise for that grid or select from your top 20 recent exercises. You may also check a box that will retrieve the sets for that exercise from your last workout. When you are ready, click the Add Exercise button on the popup.
5. Edit the reps, weight, distance, duration or pulse depending on the exercise selected.
6. Use the New Set and New Exercise buttons to add additional sets or exercises to your workout.
7. When you are finished logging your workout, click the Save button.
