Features

The Workout Log tab can be used in two ways. The primary method is to use the Trainer Workout function to allow the Virtual Trainer program to create a workout for you based on your goals, requirements and previmos workouts. The other method is to create a Custom Workout from scratch. Custom Workouts are generally used when the user performs some physical activity outside of their system designed workout routine.

The Virtual Trainer software uses periodization personal training techniques to create customized workouts that are both challenging and attainable. This technique modifies workout variables such as exercise, frequency, weight and reps over a short period of time which constantly improves performance and minimizes plateaus.
