wellness4one Mobile for iPhone
====Purpose==== The purpose of wellness4one Mobile for iPhone, also known as wellness4one Personal Fitness in the App Store, is to record workouts when you are in the gym or at the track. This mobile interface can be used on any iPhone or iTouch with access to an Internet connection. ====Features==== The workout Log can be used to log a new workout, edit a prior workout or copy a prior workout to use as a template for a new workout. NOTE: You can use wellness4one.com to access fitness reports, set goals, log calories and nutrition, create a personal page, and much more. ====How To==== 1. Log into the system by using your wellness4one Member ID and Password. If you do not already have an ID and Password, click '''New Member''' and choose a new ID and Password. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive. You will need an Internet connection to perform this action.{BR} 2. Click either '''Create New Workout''' to log your workout from scratch, '''Copy Previous Workout''' to use a prior workout as a template or '''Edit Previous Workout'''.{BR} 3. You can use the Calendar button to change the date of the workout. If you choose to edit or copy, select the prior workout date. When copying a workout, you will also need to select the date to copy the workout to.{BR} 4. Click the '''Add Exercise''' (+) button if you wish to add a new exercise. You will then need to select the muscle group you will be training and then click the actual exercise to perform.{BR} 5. Click on an exercise to edit the individual sets. You will be taken to the '''Sets''' page. From here, you may click the '''Add Set''' or click on a set to edit.{BR} 6. The set page will allow you to edit reps and weight or distance, duration and pulse. When you are finished, click the back button.{BR} NOTE: Reps must be integers, weight and distance may be a decimal. Duration (Time) is in time format h:mm:ss where h = hours, mm = minutes and ss = seconds.{BR} 7. When you are finished with your workout, click the '''Save''' button to upload the workout to wellness4one.com. You will need an Internet connection to perform this action.{BR}{BR} NOTE: You can add additional exercises or download exercises previously added at wellness4one.com by clicking the '''Add''' or '''Refresh''' buttons on the Exercises screen.
