Purpose
The purpose of wellness4one Mobile Calorie Log Express is to record servings of the five food groups when you are in a restaurant or away from your PC. Calorie Log Express is loosely based on the USDA MyPyramid initiative.
The mobile interface can be used on virtually any cell phone or mobile device with an Internet connection.
Features
Calorie Log Express is used to log servings for each of the five food groups. The Target column shows the target number of servings of this food group for good health and to maintain your current weight. The Actual column displays the total number servings logged.
NOTE: You will need to log into www.wellness4one.com and perform a physical evaluation on the Checkup page under the Evaluation menu before using wellness4one Mobile Calorie Log Express.
How To
1. After logging into the system, select Nutrition Main Menu and then click Calorie Log Express.
2. Select the date for which you are logging servings.
3. Click on any food group you would like to add servings to or the discretionary link. Discretionary items are food that are outside of the food groups such as colas or candy bars. For discretionary items, the number of servings = the number of calories consumed.
4. Enter the total number of servings to add to your daily totals. To subtract items, add a negative number. Click Done when finished.
NOTE: Servings may be a decimal.
5. When you are finished with your workout, click the Save & Close button.
